We build the machine,
then teach it
to run itself.

Websites, lead systems, and AI automation for small businesses tired of paying for software that doesn't do anything. Five rungs — build it, wire it up, go get the leads, automate the busywork, hand you the keys.

Return to Profit

That's what RTP stands for, and it's the only number that decides whether this worked. Not impressions, not a redesign you liked looking at — whether the thing we built returned more than it cost.

Why most of it fails

A pretty site that quietly loses leads is the most expensive thing a small business can own.

You paid for a website. It looks fine. But nobody can tell you which marketing spend produced which customer, the contact form goes to an inbox no one watches, and three hours a day still go into work a machine should be doing. That's not a design problem.

The ladder · five rungs

How the work is built

Each rung stands alone and each one sets up the next. Most clients enter at rung one — plenty start at three or four. You are never required to climb from the bottom.

01 We build it

Websites that are actually finished

Fast, accessible, search-ready sites that load in under a second and work on a job-site phone with two bars. Not a template with your logo dropped in.

  • Design and build, desktop through mobile
  • Copy structure and information architecture
  • Performance budget enforced, not hoped for
  • Accessibility and semantic markup as standard
  • You own the code and the hosting account
Build — what's involved
02 We wire it up

The pipeline behind the pretty site

A website that looks good and quietly loses leads is the most expensive thing a small business can own. This is the plumbing: form to CRM to your phone, with nothing dropped in between.

  • Forms wired into your CRM — Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, or custom
  • Source and UTM captured on every single lead
  • Analytics and conversion tracking that agrees with reality
  • Automated routing, tagging, and follow-up triggers
  • Live probes proving the pipeline actually delivers
Capture — what's involved
03 We go get them

Demand, not just a place to land

A perfect site with a perfect pipeline still needs someone to arrive. This is the outbound and lifecycle layer — the sequences, follow-ups and campaigns that keep working on the days you are on a roof or in a closing.

  • Email sequences — welcome, nurture, re-engagement, win-back
  • Automatic follow-up by email and SMS the moment a lead lands
  • Cold outreach campaigns with real personalisation, not mail-merge
  • List building and segmentation off your own customer data
  • Launch, drop and seasonal campaigns built once and reused
  • Reporting that ties a campaign to revenue, not to open rates
Reach — what's involved
04 We remove the busywork

AI that does a named job, not a demo

Not a chatbot bolted to your homepage. The unglamorous work: the report nobody has time to run, the data entry that eats a morning, the compliance check that gets skipped when things get busy.

  • Audit of where your hours actually go
  • Document and data pipelines that run unattended
  • Drafting, classification, and extraction tuned to your work
  • Guardrails, review steps, and a human in the loop where it matters
  • Monitoring, so you find out before your customers do
Automate — what's involved
05 We hand you the keys

So you stop needing us

The consultant who makes himself permanently necessary is not a good consultant. Workshops and standing advisory that leave your team able to run and extend what we built.

  • Team workshops on the systems we built for you
  • Practical AI training for people who are not engineers
  • Written runbooks, not a recording nobody rewatches
  • Standing advisory retainer when you want a second opinion
  • Rescue work on sites and systems someone else abandoned
Train — what's involved

Optional on every rung

Care & advisory

Hosting, updates, monitoring, backups, and a person who answers. Optional on every rung.

Typically $300 – $800 per month

slowing you down.

You'll get a straight answer from a person — including when the answer is that you don't need us. No sequence, no sales cadence.

Questions worth answering before a call

If a studio won't tell you what things cost until you're on the phone, that's the answer.

What does a website from RTP Studios cost?

Website builds run $4,000 – $9,000. Lead pipelines $2,500 – $6,000, outreach and campaigns $3,500 – $8,000, AI automation $6,000 – $15,000, and training $2,000 – $3,500 per day. Where a project sits in its range depends on scope — but these are real numbers, not a request to call for pricing.

Do I have to start with a website?

No. Most clients enter at the first rung because that is what they came looking for, but plenty start at automation or training with a site we did not build. The rungs are a sequence, not a prerequisite.

What does "AI integration" actually mean for a small business?

It means finding the recurring work that eats hours and does not need judgment — data entry, document handling, drafting, classification, compliance checks — and building something that does it unattended, with a human review step where the stakes justify one. It does not mean putting a chatbot on your homepage.

Do you work outside Colorado?

Yes. RTP Studios is based in Colorado and works remotely with clients across the United States. Current and past projects span roofing, mortgage lending, regulated e-commerce, and independent retail.

Who owns the site when you are done?

You do — the code, the domain, the hosting account, and the CRM connection. There is no proprietary platform to stay subscribed to, and no lock-in that makes leaving expensive.

What happens after launch?

Care and advisory is optional on every rung, $300 – $800 per month, covering hosting, updates, monitoring, backups, and a person who answers. Clients who want to run everything themselves are trained to do exactly that.
