The ladder · four rungs

Build it. Wire it up.
Automate it. Hand it over.

Four rungs. Each stands alone, each sets up the next, and you can enter at any of them. Prices below are real starting points — every project is quoted from scope, but you should never have to book a call to find out whether a studio is in your budget.

01 We build it

Websites that are actually finished

Fast, accessible, search-ready sites that load in under a second and work on a job-site phone with two bars. Not a template with your logo dropped in.

  • Design and build, desktop through mobile
  • Copy structure and information architecture
  • Performance budget enforced, not hoped for
  • Accessibility and semantic markup as standard
  • You own the code and the hosting account
Build — what's involved
02 We wire it up

The pipeline behind the pretty site

A website that looks good and quietly loses leads is the most expensive thing a small business can own. This is the plumbing: form to CRM to your phone, with nothing dropped in between.

  • Forms wired into your CRM — Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, or custom
  • Source and UTM captured on every single lead
  • Analytics and conversion tracking that agrees with reality
  • Automated routing, tagging, and follow-up triggers
  • Live probes proving the pipeline actually delivers
Capture — what's involved
03 We go get them

Demand, not just a place to land

A perfect site with a perfect pipeline still needs someone to arrive. This is the outbound and lifecycle layer — the sequences, follow-ups and campaigns that keep working on the days you are on a roof or in a closing.

  • Email sequences — welcome, nurture, re-engagement, win-back
  • Automatic follow-up by email and SMS the moment a lead lands
  • Cold outreach campaigns with real personalisation, not mail-merge
  • List building and segmentation off your own customer data
  • Launch, drop and seasonal campaigns built once and reused
  • Reporting that ties a campaign to revenue, not to open rates
Reach — what's involved
04 We remove the busywork

AI that does a named job, not a demo

Not a chatbot bolted to your homepage. The unglamorous work: the report nobody has time to run, the data entry that eats a morning, the compliance check that gets skipped when things get busy.

  • Audit of where your hours actually go
  • Document and data pipelines that run unattended
  • Drafting, classification, and extraction tuned to your work
  • Guardrails, review steps, and a human in the loop where it matters
  • Monitoring, so you find out before your customers do
Automate — what's involved
05 We hand you the keys

So you stop needing us

The consultant who makes himself permanently necessary is not a good consultant. Workshops and standing advisory that leave your team able to run and extend what we built.

  • Team workshops on the systems we built for you
  • Practical AI training for people who are not engineers
  • Written runbooks, not a recording nobody rewatches
  • Standing advisory retainer when you want a second opinion
  • Rescue work on sites and systems someone else abandoned
Train — what's involved

Optional on every rung

Care & advisory

Hosting, updates, monitoring, backups, and a person who answers. Optional on every rung.

How billing works

No surprises, no lock-in

Projects are invoiced with a deposit up front and the balance on delivery. Bank transfer (ACH) and card are both accepted — ACH costs us less, so we prefer it and pass that on. Recurring plans are charged monthly and you can cancel yourself at any time from the billing portal.

  • Deposit invoiced before work starts, balance on delivery
  • Pay by bank transfer or card — no account to create
  • Recurring plans renew monthly and cancel from your own portal
  • No pro-rating on partial months, and we say so in the terms

Not sure which rung you're on?

That's a normal place to start. Describe what's slowing you down and we'll tell you which rung it is — including when the answer is "you don't need us for that."
