Off Webflow, onto a stack that hosts for free
A roofing company paying a monthly platform fee for a site that could not capture a lead properly. Rebuilt static, migrated live DNS without downtime, and wired the forms into the CRM their sales team already lived in.

The problem
The site looked fine and leaked. Form submissions landed in an inbox nobody watched, with no source attribution, so there was no way to tell which marketing spend produced which job.
What we did
- Rebuilt the site as static HTML — no platform fee, no plugin surface
- Cut DNS over from Webflow with a documented, reversible rollback plan
- Netlify Forms → serverless function → Follow Up Boss, with UTM and source on every lead
- Left the MX records untouched so email never blinked
Outcome
- Platform fee
- eliminated
- Lead attribution
- every submission
- Cutover downtime
- none
The lead pipeline is the same pattern RTP Studios runs on its own contact form.
