A small shop that did not need a big platform
A refillery with a real storefront and no interest in becoming a web team. Built the site, then handed it over with runbooks written for people who have a shop to run.

The problem
Independent retailers get sold enterprise tooling and monthly fees for problems they do not have, then cannot change their own opening hours without emailing someone.
What we did
